In this webinar we analyze how modulating the frequency of breathing we can improve performance. Explaining the bases of why hypoxia training is interesting, we detail the main adaptations that occur in high stays. Because not everyone can make altitude camps or access technology that simulates hypoxia conditions, we analyze how reducing the respiratory rate we can produce adaptations similar to those produced in hypoxia and improve our performance. To do this, we analyze the existing bibliography and make a practical proposal in different sports such as swimming, cycling, rugby or football.
