Welcome to female revolution , FISSAC Magazine number 14. We start this new number with an interview with which we intend to continue giving voice to the revolution that is happening in the World Women's Sports thanks to figures such as our protagonists, Alexia Putellas and Blanca Romero . The FC Barcelona player and the Spanish team are currently considered the best soccer player in the world (current Golden Ball), while Dr. Romero is the physical trainer of the Spanish women's soccer team. A luxury to be able to count them.

Dr. Antonio García Hermoso , prestigious researcher, mainly focused on the effects of children's health and author of more than 200 scientific articles on this subject, also collaborates with us. In his article Dr. García-Hermoso makes a complete review of the impact of physical activity on the school environment on the integral health of children and adolescents. We also include a second article (continuation of another that we publish in the previous number of Fissac Magazine) of one of the largest international specialists in heart rate variability, Marco Altini . On this occasion, Marco deepens some aspects that can serve to optimize your performance or that of your athletes thanks to the monitoring of the variability of the heart rate. In addition, we have one of the professionals who knows the most about nutrition in the oncological patient at the national level: Lucas Jurado Fasoail , a researcher at the University of Granada with more than 5 years of clinical experience in cancer patients.

On the other hand, with our usual signatures, Pedro explains the possible benefits for the performance of being born in the heights; Adri analyzes how our brain is "clean"; and Javi clarifies some of the main doubts in terms of the effects of vegan diets on sports performance.
