By using the service and accessing the website, the person acquires the condition of its user, and this implies the total acceptance of these terms and conditions. If the user does not agree with all or part of these terms, it is recommended that he refrain from navigating the website.

By accepting these terms and conditions, the user declares:

Service use standards.

The user undertakes to use the service in accordance with the law and the terms of the legal notice . Likewise, the user is obliged not to use the service for illegal purposes or effects or in the contravention of the legal notice content, which are harmful to the interests or rights of third parties, or that may in some way damage, disable or deteriorate the service, or interfere with the normal use of service by other users.

Users registered in FISSAC (with or without subscription to FISSAC+) are responsible for the content that publish via comments in the different publications. It is not allowed and, therefore, the user will assume the exclusive responsibility for the consequences, the publication of comments in the different publications that:

1. Have commercial purposes with personal interests.
2. Possess another type of personal interest or be supported financially.
3. Be illegal, false, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, outrageous, stalker, defamatory, slanderous, offensive, obscene, pornographic or profane.
4. Be related to sexist, political or racial issues.
5. Violates the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights.
6. Whether any applicable national or international legislation is offensive or infringed.
7. Contravene the community norms or rules of publication of the site.
8. Have a unfair or illicit purpose or content (or promote illegal activities).
9. Be harmful from the technical point of view (including computer viruses, among others).

The holder of the service will take measures to pursue any violation of the conditions established here and any improper use of their service, exercising all civil and criminal legal actions that correspond to the law against the offender user. Infraction by users.

The holder of the service reserves the right to restrict the use of the service, either temporarily or permanently, to any user who breaches any of the rules established in these terms and conditions of use, legislation or ethical principles.

Services and types of subscriptions.

The FISSAC subscription service provides users with the opportunity to hire the FISSAC+ subscription with access to the content that this entails annually or menusal. The user will be able to manage their subscription in the “ Manage my subscription ” section that you will find in their personal area in the “ My account ” section. You will be asked to enter the email address with which it was registered in FISSAC and, subsequently, you will receive a link that will directly direct the client portal.

There is the possibility of a reduction in the FISSAC+ subscription price for qualified students and professionals. The holder of the service reserves the express right to request at any time the user identified as a student or professional to provide documentation that demonstrates the eligibility of the user for the promotion. In the negative case, the service holder could, according to the literal tenor of these terms and conditions of use of the FISSAC+service, that the user reimburses the amounts discounted during the time for which they have been enjoyed.

These subscriptions are automatically renewed for an additional period equivalent to the agreed period when subscribing, unless they are previously canceled. The cancellation of a subscription can be done at any time, but will take effect at the end of the currently current period. Users have the option of modifying their subscription at any time to adapt it to their needs.

It is important to keep in mind that discharging the FISSAC account does not necessarily imply the cancellation of the subscription, so the payment of the subscription will continue until it is canceled by accessing the “ my account ” area> ”managing subscription ”. In general, the right of withdrawal of the subscription is contemplated for the user, without the need for justification, within a maximum period of fourteen calendar days from the subscription activation.

The FISSAC+ subscription price includes the reduced tax on the added value of 4% according to article 91 two 2 of Law 37/1992, of December 28, of the Value Added Tax modified by Royal Decree-Law 15/ 2020, of April 21, of current complementary measures to support the economy and employment

Payment methods.

Unless express modification of these terms and conditions of use of FISSAC+, we accept only as payment method the credit card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and Apple Pay.

We will load the amount of your subscription (annual or monthly to your credit card once the order is confirmed. In case there is an authentication error with your card, the confirmation of your subscription will not be carried out and the funds will only have been requested, but will not be loaded on your credit card. Our system will automatically notify your bank that the requested funds are no longer necessary, and the amount retained by the service holder will be released.

Our payment process includes 3DS authentication (Visa, Mastercard Securecode and American Express Safekey). This service reinforces the safety of your account and prevents another person from paying other FISSAC+ subscriptions in your name. If you need more detailed information or face any problem with the authentication process, we recommend that you get in touch directly with the issuer of your card. Unfortunately, we have no control over the payment authentication process, so we cannot attend consultations related to the authentication of your payments. Exclusion of responsibility.

By way of enunciative and non -limiting, the holder of the service does not assume responsibility for damages of any kind derived from:

1. The use of the service by users or for the authenticity, origin, veracity or accuracy of the data provided by the users, or by the contents offered in the service in their different forms.
2. The contents, information, opinions and statements of users or third parties that are communicated or exhibited on the comments board of the different publications and materials.
3. The use of service materials, whether prohibited or allowed, in violation of intellectual and industrial property rights, confidential information or own or third parties.
4. The realization of acts of unfair competition and illicit advertising.
5. The possible loss of user data due to causes not attributable to the service.
6. The access of minors to the contents of the service.
7. The unavailability, errors, access problems and lack of continuity of the service.
8. Faults or problems in incomplete communications, elimination or transmissions.
9. Lack of operation or problems in the email address provided by the user.

The service holder will be responsible only to the user for the services provided in FISSAC+.
